Author: Lingering Lilies
Total Word Count: ~20k
Summary: Like a rope that has come untwisted, there are three strands of Brittany Pierce’s life. How could a simple interaction between two people be the difference between becoming a bartender, a lab assistant, and a sex worker? Maybe random events determine our destiny; maybe they don’t.
Brittany isn’t expecting any packages so it’s a nice surprise, even if it is for Lord Tubbington. She’s a little disappointed that Santana printed out the address labels; she misses seeing Santana’s leftie scrawl. The box is a good size, but light. Brittany worries briefly that Tubbington has convinced Santana to send him rolling papers.
Our girls’ story. Sweet lady kisses, Landslide, their separation, the night of Prom Queen, Songbird, Santana’s Abuela’s rejection, the night after Santana learned about the political ad, Brittany’s senior year falling apart, the lights of New York, and other scenes.
My thanks to JJ, for being the most wonderful of wonderfuls, and for giving me so much insight into these girls; to la rose carnation, for writing our definitive novel; and to the lovely Ruth, who made the suggestion of putting my stories together.

Brittana Week 2013 Collaborative Collection
For this year’s Brittana Week my shmerpaderp friend (and new writer, thank-me-very-much), Annalise, and I have decided to do something a little different with the prompt lineup.
We are working collaboratively to string together a few small, related pieces based on a selection from the Brittana Week prompts. We will alternate authors every other prompt and each story will be, in some way, a continuation of the previous fill.
At the end of it, we expect to have a few chapters lined up for a small fic. Here’s hoping it turns out well and makes sense in its completion!
Title: Into the Peace of Wild Things
Word Count: ~2,700
Summary: “For a second, Santana does that thing that she always does when she’s scared: her back straightens, her lips part, and her eyes turn a quiet kind of wild, like how a rabbit or a doe looks when it’s caught out in the open.” Mouseverse.
